Education and Certifications * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Life Sciences, Quality, or a related field. * Certified Information Systems Security Professional certification, Certified Information Security Manager, Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control, or cloud security credentials strongly preferred. ## Description * The Director, IT Operations and Cybersecurity is responsible for leading the company's technology infrastructure, cybersecurity strategy, and day-to-day IT operations. This role ensures employees have reliable, secure, and scalable technology solutions that support business growth, scientific innovation, and regulatory requirements. * As a senior leader, the Director partners with executives and business stakeholders to develop and execute technology and security strategies that align with organizational priorities. The role oversees IT operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, service delivery, risk management, and business continuity while driving operational excellence across the organization. * The ideal candidate combines strong leadership, strategic thinking, and operational execution, with experience building high-performing teams, managing vendor relationships, and delivering technology solutions in regulated environments.
