Join our dynamic IT support team as a Help Desk Technician, where your customer service skills will drive seamless technology experiences for users across our organization. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers needing assistance with hardware and software issues and providing essential support to ensure our IT infrastructure operates smoothly. Your proactive approach will empower users to stay productive and connected in a fast-paced environment., * Respond promptly by phone and email to user issues by creating service tickets for our IT Technicians
