Experience ¨ Working technical knowledge of network and PC operating systems, including AS400, Power7, IBM i 7.1 OS, Windows Server 2012, VMWare VSphere, and Windows 7. ¨ Working technical knowledge of current network hardware, protocols, and standards, including DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP. ¨ Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws. ¨ Experience with Infor XA or Plexus preferred. Abilities, Knowledge & Skills ¨ Must possess the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality. ¨ Ability to conduct research into networking issues and products as required. ¨ Ability to present ideas in a user-friendly language. ¨ Strong customer service orientation. ¨ Strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. ¨ Must possess analytical thinking and reasoning skills. ¨ Must be thorough and exercise attention to detail. ¨ Must be able to set and maintain schedules. ¨ Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Physical Demands ¨ Carry, finger, grasp, talk, hear, walk, see, sit, and stand. ¨ Use computer, telephone, and other machines standard to an office environment. ¨ Occasional inspection of cables in floors and ceilings. ¨ Lifting and transporting of moderately heavy objects, such as computers and peripherals. ## Description ¨ Ensure the stable operation of the in-house computer network.
