* Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
 * Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
 * Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments
 * Familiarity with Jira ITSM or similar ticketing platforms
 * Excellent communication and organizational skills
 * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

## Description

We are seeking a customer-focused IT Service Desk Technician to support daily IT operations and ensure technology systems remain efficient and reliable. This role will provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues while assisting with IT projects, deployments, and user training., * Provide technical support via phone, email, and in person

 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
 * Deploy and maintain IT hardware and software
 * Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, and PowerPoint
 * Perform system updates, backups, and security patching
 * Maintain IT inventory and documentation
 * Manage and track support requests using Jira or similar ticketing systems
 * Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure service continuity
 * Deliver user training and support for new technologies
