Security+ CE preferred. * Must obtain the appropriate Computing Environment (CE) training within six (6) months of hire. Required Technical Skills & Knowledge: * Linux administration (RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu) * Windows operating systems (Windows 10, Server 2012/2016) * Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, DFS, LDAP * Troubleshooting Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word), Java, and web browsers * Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Understanding of ITIL v3 or higher Preferred/Bonus Skills: * Microsoft SCCM * PowerShell scripting * VMware and Citrix virtualization * VMware User Experience Management (UEM) * Microsoft Exchange administration * Video conferencing and VoIP support * Networking fundamentals ## Description General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) is seeking a highly skilled IT Engineer with strong experience in Linux system administration and strong competency in Microsoft Enterprise Systems to provide Tier 2 support for a large Federal Intelligence Agency.
