## Description

We are seeking an experienced Desktop Technician to provide onsite IT support in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting Windows desktops, imaging, Active Directory, printers, hardware, and basic networking while delivering excellent customer service., * Windows Server (2008-2019)

 * Remote Desktop
 * Microsoft Teams
 * SharePoint
 * Telnet
 * PuTTY
 * Server Support
 * Data Closet Support
 * UPS Monitoring
 * Cable Management, * Provide onsite desktop and technical support.
 * Install, configure, image, and deploy desktops and laptops.
 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, and network connectivity.
 * Support Active Directory administration.
 * Perform routine maintenance, software installations, and Windows updates.
 * Assist with server support and infrastructure maintenance.
 * Maintain documentation and follow IT best practices.
 * Deliver excellent customer service while supporting end users.
