Experience with Smartsheet, Bluebeam, Procore, Adobe Acrobat, and project management software preferred. ## Description * Lead the continuous improvement of the Development Services Department by implementing new processes, standardizing workflows, and aligning the Due Diligence, Administrative, and Permitting teams to support efficient, high quality project delivery. * Implement department initiatives developed by Studio and Executive Leadership while ensuring successful adoption and long term sustainability. * Provide operational oversight and leadership for the Due Diligence, Administrative, and Permitting teams, promoting collaboration, accountability, and consistent execution across all national programs. * Develop, maintain, and continuously improve department Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), workflows, templates, and best practices. * Lead the implementation of structured onboarding, training, cross training, and professional development programs for department staff. * Monitor department Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including Due Diligence quality and turnaround times, permitting performance, administrative efficiency, training completion, and workflow compliance.
