The incumbent will build relationships with process controls and plant management within his/her geography. He/she will serve as a liaison between Phillips/Clinch-On and USG Corporate IT, to ensure that plant IT initiatives align with USG IT standards and priorities at manufacturing facilities. The position will set priorities, follow-up, track performance and allocate resources based on overall IT objectives and goals., * Guide and coordinate the IT support activities at the plants within a defined region. * Ensure established IT standards are followed at plants within his/her region. * When non-standard infrastructure or processes are discovered, take appropriate steps to remediate plants within his/her region. * Manage technical training programs within their region.
