The ideal candidate will be a strong hands-on engineer with expertise in Workday Financials integrations, cloud technologies, APIs, automation and AI driven tools. This role will partner closely with Finance, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure integration solutions while leveraging AI-driven tools and automation to improve productivity and operational efficiency. Our Senior Engineer is a key member of the engineering staff working across the organization to provide a friction-less experience to our customers and maintain the exit highest standards of protection and availability. Our team thrives and succeeds in delivering high quality technology products and services in a hyper-growth environment where priorities shift quickly., As a Senior Engineer, you will: * Manage system integrations within the architecture of the Workday Financial system. * Identify and implement AI-driven opportunities within Finance processes and Workday ecosystems. * Provide support for Workday inbound and outbound integration issues, changes to existing integrations and develop new integrations. * Engage in cross-functional collaboration throughout the entire software lifecycle. * Lead in design sessions and code reviews with peers to elevate the quality of engineering across the team. * Ensure accuracy and integrity of data and applications through analysis, coding, clear documentation, and problem resolution. * Analyze and translate business and functional specifications and change requests into technical specifications. * Apply AI-based techniques to automate integration monitoring, validation, testing, and support processes. * Develop solutions that leverage AI services to improve Finance operations and user experience.
