The Vice President of Engineering is a senior executive responsible for leading all product development activities. This role partners closely with cross-functional leaders in Finance, Sales & Marketing, and Materials Management to drive innovation, ensure operational excellence, and deliver high-quality products aligned with business and customer requirements. The VP of Engineering provides both strategic direction and hands-on leadership, ensuring the effective application of engineering resources, the successful execution of development initiatives, and the continuous improvement of processes and technologies.
