## About the Role

Do you have experience in Architectural design?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * Architectural degree or Master's degree is required

 * minimum. 3 years of experience in architectural deisgn
 * Proven experience as an Intermediate Design Architect with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in drafting, modeling, and technical detailing
 * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign), Bluebeam, and other relevant design software
 * Solid understanding of construction processes, building codes, contracts, budgeting, and construction management practices
 * Knowledge of interior design principles along with experience in renovation projects is highly desirable
 * Excellent communication skills combined with the ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
 * Multi-Family experience is a plus.

 * Manage multiple projects simultaneously by applying strong project management skills
