This individual will work across ServiceNow capabilities including CSM, ITSM, Service Catalog, Employee Center/Portal, CMDB, ITOM, integrations, workflows, and application development., * U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident. * Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered. * At least four (4) years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform as an administrator, developer, or implementation specialist. * Active/current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification or higher. * Experience designing, configuring, developing, troubleshooting, and implementing ServiceNow solutions. * Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM), including case management, portals, forms, workflows, approvals, dashboards, and reporting. * Strong experience with ServiceNow development and configuration, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, ACLs, Flow Designer, APIs, and Scoped Applications. * Experience with ServiceNow application architecture, including application boundaries, cross-scope privileges, and secure application design. * Experience implementing and maintaining role-based access controls, data governance practices, and least-privilege security models. * Ability to gather requirements, analyze technical options, and deliver practical solutions. * Strong technical troubleshooting, analytical, documentation, and communication skills. * Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with remote teams and stakeholders.
