## Description

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will provide onsite technical support for MCH workstations and end-user hardware and software needs. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while troubleshooting, maintaining, and resolving issues involving desktops, laptops, peripheral devices, telecommunications, and network connectivity. You will perform routine technical maintenance, support project-based initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable technology services and a positive customer experience., * Provide onsite technical support for end-user devices, including desktops, laptops, telecom, and network systems.

 * Troubleshoot, resolve, and document hardware and software issues.
 * Install, configure, and update end-user desktop and laptop software as required.
 * Prioritize and escalate issues effectively when necessary.
 * Contribute to knowledge-sharing forums to help identify and resolve technical problems.
 * Assist in various phases of support, including coordination, monitoring, tracking, and resolution of issues related to client installations, upgrades, and configurations for software, hardware, and operating systems.
