## About the Role

Do you have experience in Windows?, * Deploy new computers and perform Windows 11 upgrades.

 * Image computers and manage the lifecycle of IT assets (disposal of outdated hardware).
 * Provide "Smart Hands" support for server and network teams.
 * Troubleshoot desktop hardware, software, and printers using Knowledge Base (KB) articles.
 * Maintain accurate records in Asset Center and resolve tickets in ServiceNow queues.
 * Drive a John Deere Gator within the facility to transport equipment (training provided)., * Degree in IT or equivalent professional experience.
 * 1 year of IT experience preferred (Recent college grads are encouraged to apply!).
 * Strong software skills, including PowerShell or Python.
 * Solid understanding of computing and networking fundamentals.
 * Ability to lift/move IT equipment and stand for long periods on the shop floor.
 * Metatarsal safety boots are required on the first day., * Do you have experience with imaging computers and deploying hardware in a corporate environment?
 * How would you rate your proficiency with PowerShell or Python for IT automation tasks?
 * Do you have experience using ServiceNow or a similar ticketing system for Tier 2 support?
 * Are you comfortable working in a manufacturing/shop floor environment for the majority of your shift?
 * Are you a US Citizen or Green Card Holder? If you are on a visa, please mention your specific Visa Status.
 * Are you ready for a background check and drug screen in accordance with local laws and regulations?

## Description

Our client is looking for a Computer Support Associate to provide Tier 2 onsite deskside support at the Harvester Works facility. This role is a mix of technical troubleshooting and administrative asset management, with 75% of your time spent on the shop floor supporting unit customers and infrastructure.
