Language: * English (Required) ## Description Monarch Specialty Group is looking for an IT Director - Infrastructure to own our IT operations, security, and infrastructure end to end. This is a hands-on, player/coach role: you'll be the person configuring the firewall and the person setting the technology roadmap. You'll manage a Microsoft- and AWS-based environment that keeps our team productive and our B2B customers - including our brightscrip platform - running securely and reliably. A core part of this role is owning IT's side of our regulatory and compliance posture, including HITRUST, HIPAA, SOC, and NIST frameworks.
