## Description

Reno Staffing is looking for a Front Desk / Client Service Coordinator for a financial advisory office in South Reno!
GPS Wealth Advisors is seeking a professional, people‑focused individual to support their front office and client service operations. This is a temp‑to‑hire opportunity covering a medical leave expected to last 6+ months. If the client loves the candidate's performance, they are open to creating a long‑term position.
Shift: Mon, Tue, Thu - 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM (approx. 21 hours/week), Summary: This role is responsible for greeting clients, notifying advisors when visitors arrive, answering phones, completing appointment confirmation calls, and performing CRM data entry and documentation. The ideal candidate is professional, friendly, organized, and comfortable working in a client‑facing environment., Other duties may be assigned.
Greet clients and maintain a professional front desk presence
Notify advisors as visitors arrive
Answer incoming calls and direct them appropriately
Complete day‑before appointment confirmation calls
Perform data entry and documentation in Wealthbox CRM
Maintain organized records and office flow
Provide general administrative support to advisors
Uphold confidentiality and professionalism at all times
At the discretion of your lead or supervisor, you could be required to perform additional job‑related activities not specifically outlined above.
