## About the Role

* 3?7 years of business planning, commercial operations, or BD experience in China internet platforms, content/IP commercialization, AI applications, media and entertainment, or digital products.
 * Prior experience working at a major platform, or hands-on experience in driving collaborative projects with major platforms.
 * More than just delivering proposals?must have a proven track record of proactively integrating partnership resources and driving business execution.
 * Commercial mindset with the ability to independently complete business model design, revenue forecasting, profit distribution, and project feasibility assessments.
 * Preferred Qualifications
 * Experience in planning digital products, membership products, virtual benefits, or fan-centric offerings.
 * Experience in business planning or operations for digital collectibles/platforms.
 * Understanding of K-pop and entertainment content consumption logic.
 * Basic knowledge of digital IPs, artist image rights, copyright licensing, and platform compliance.
 * Industry network in China's digital business sector is a plus.
 * Hands-on experience applying AI tools to business planning.
 * Experience in cross-border business between China and Korea.

## Description

* To drive the expansion of K-pop IPs in China's digital market, we are seeking a lead who can directly spearhead platform and AI-driven new business planning, and independently push partnerships to execution. We aim to move beyond the traditional business framework centered on streaming, merchandise, and licensing, and work together with you to build a new business system integrating membership models, digital IPs, and platform ecosystem synergies.
 * Plan joint initiatives with major Chinese platforms on membership and subscription service integration, and manage partner relationship operations.
 * Design digital IP products in compliance with China market regulations, including mechanisms that link them with physical merchandise, concerts, and fan meetings.
 * Independently develop business models for new ventures?covering revenue structures, cost projections, profit-sharing arrangements, and ROI assessments.
 * Explore new business models on Chinese social platforms, and lead resource coordination and commercial negotiations with platform partners and technology providers.
 * Continuously monitor market trends and regulatory developments in digital IPs, AI content, and fan platforms, and maintain alignment with the digital business strategy of the headquarters (SM Entertainment).
