## About the Role

* Must have a Bachelors degree in a STEM field and at least 5 years of relevant military / professional experience, OR a Master's Degree in a STEM field and at least 3 years of relevant military / professional experience, OR a PhD and at least 1 year of relevant military / professional / academic experience
 * Must have experience in AT LEAST ONE aspect of aerospace Systems Engineering, including, requirements decomposition, test planning, requirements verification, integration, and requirements management
 * Must have an active US Government Secret or higher clearance (with a background investigation completed within the last 6 years or currently enrolled into Continuous Evaluation), * Experience in Integrated Functional Capability (IFC) process
 * Familiarity with JIRA software tool (and/or similar) for issue tracking and resolution
 * Strong leadership, excellent communication, and strong presentation skills
 * Experience with Agile Methodology
 * Familiarity and understanding of system requirements (validation and verification)
 * Experience in integrating hardware and software in a lab environment
 * Experience with USAF programs
 * Experience with technical configuration management (CM or Technical Baseline)

## Description

* Familiarity and understanding of system requirements (validation and verification) and interface control documents (ICDs), and statements of work (SOW)
 * Support cross-IPT development of system level requirements and use cases
 * Support requirements verification methodology and traceability
 * Perform requirements verification and selloff
 * Work with IPTs to develop and execute program IFC plans and metrics
 * Manage project execution rhythm, coordination, and reporting activities
 * Familiarity with JIRA software tool (and/or similar) for issue tracking and resolution
