## Description

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused IT Help Desk Support Specialist to provide technical support and ensure a reliable technology experience across the organization. This role is responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and user access issues while delivering exceptional service and contributing to continuous improvement of IT operations., * Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and business applications.

 * Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and connectivity issues efficiently.
 * Manage user accounts, permissions, and access through Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
 * Document incidents, service requests, and solutions within the IT ticketing system.
 * Install, configure, and maintain end-user devices, software, and peripherals.
 * Escalate complex issues as needed while maintaining ownership through resolution.
 * Support employee onboarding, offboarding, and workstation deployments.
 * Assist with IT asset management, system updates, and technology projects.
