## About the Role

* Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.
 * Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
 * US Citizenship is contractually required.
 * Minimum of FIVE (5)+ years of overall work experience.
 * Experience with application support or production operations experience.
 * Experience supporting enterprise applications in cloud environments.
 * Knowledge of incident management and troubleshooting methodologies.
 * Experience with monitoring and ticket management systems.

What Would Be Nice To Have:

 * ITIL Foundation Certification.
 * Experience supporting AWS-hosted applications.
 * Experience with ServiceNow.
 * Basic scripting and automation experience.
 * Familiarity with DevSecOps and CI/CD pipelines.

## Description

* Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 application support for mission-critical applications.
 * Support incident management, problem management, and change implementation activities.
 * Monitor application health, availability, and performance.
 * Coordinate deployment support activities with development and cloud engineering teams.
 * Document root causes, operational procedures, and support processes.
