* Epic Cogito Fundamentals Certification
 * Hands-on Epic Cogito experience - Reporting Workbench (including RWSQL and CER rules), SlicerDicer, Radar dashboards, and the Analytics Catalog
 * Comfort working Epic Sherlock/SLG tickets directly with Epic Technical Services
 * Healthcare operational reporting background (e.g., charge capture, scheduling/access, compliance metrics)
 * Ability to onboard from written documentation with minimal ramp-up time - Tableau
 * Service Now
 * Reporting Workbench SQL & Tools certification

## Description

This position triages incoming analytics requests and determines the appropriate reporting tool (Clarity/Caboodle reports, Extract Framework, Radar, Analytics Catalog, Registry Framework, data marts, Reporting Workbench, SlicerDicer, and Tableau), then builds, tests, and validates the resulting reports or dashboards. This position will also provide coverage for an open ticket backlog in the Cogito space.
