This pivotal role drives the development of innovative technical solutions, system designs, and engineering proposals that support both EPC project execution and business development initiatives. The ideal candidate is a highly technical, multi-disciplinary leader who possesses a rare blend of engineering expertise, commercial acumen, and construction knowledge. As a key representative of RavenVolt, you will foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. Pay: $170,000 - $ 210,000 The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data., Departmental Leadership & Resource Management * Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage the Applications Engineering department; conduct performance evaluations, and drive professional development and training initiatives. * Resource Planning: Collaborate with other engineering leaders on resource planning, workload forecasting, and project staffing strategies. * Operational Excellence: Maintain accountability for engineering deliverables, schedules, budgets, and quality performance metrics. * Culture: Foster an organizational culture centered on safety, accountability, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration.
