## About the Role

* University Degree or equivalent work experience.
 * At least 5-8 years of experience in change management.
 * At least 2 years of project management or lead experience.
 * Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, and Iterative.
 * Proficiency in using JIRA, Confluence, and BMC Remedy.
 * Experience with JQL within Jira and other applications.
 * Experience working in a global organization, including with onshore/offshore models.

Preferred Qualifications

 * 5-7 years of experience in the banking domain.
 * 3-4 years of experience in a governance-focused role.

## Description

This role drives the execution and adoption of enterprise change initiatives within a dynamic banking environment. The position leads stakeholder engagement, communication, and training strategies while ensuring alignment with governance, audit, and SDLC requirements.
