This role partners closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, Identity Management, and third-party vendors to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable integrations. They translate business requirements into technical solutions while ensuring adherence to security, governance, and integration best practices. The ideal candidate has experience with Workday integration technologies, including Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, PECI, and Workday Web Services. They possess strong analytical skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders., Workday Integration Development & Support: * Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain Workday integrations utilizing Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, Workday Web Services, and related tools. * Configure, maintain, and optimize integrations between Workday and third-party systems including payroll providers, benefit vendors, identity management platforms, financial systems, and other enterprise applications. * Develop and maintain integration-related reports, calculated fields, transformations, and supporting configurations. * Monitor integration performance, troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions to prevent recurring incidents. Testing & Deployment: * Create and execute unit, system, integration, and regression test plans for new integrations, enhancements, Workday releases, and vendor changes. * Coordinate testing with business stakeholders and third-party vendors to ensure end-to-end data accuracy and process integrity. * Support Workday bi-annual releases by evaluating impacts to integrations, validating functionality, and implementing necessary updates.
