Education (Required) Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Digital Media, Visual Communications, or a related discipline. Experience (Required) * Minimum 5 years of experience in UI design, interaction design, or digital product design. * Experience creating templates, component libraries, and interaction patterns. * Experience designing forms, workflows, user journeys, and secure login/SSO experiences. * Experience building prototypes and iterating based on usability and stakeholder feedback. Technical Knowledge (Required) * Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Axure, or similar. * Understanding of responsive design, UI heuristics, and interaction design principles. * Familiarity with accessibility and Section 508 requirements. Technical Knowledge (Preferred) * Experience with enterprise design systems or design ops. * Basic understanding of front-end implementation (HTML, CSS, JS).
