Experience (Required) * Minimum 5 years of experience in UI/UX design, human-centered design, or digital interface development. * Experience developing wireframes, prototypes, and user interface assets. * Experience conducting usability testing or user-centered research. * Experience collaborating with engineering, product, and business teams. Technical Knowledge (Required) * Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar. * Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and user research methodologies. * Knowledge of accessibility design standards (WCAG, Section 508). Technical Knowledge (Preferred) * Experience supporting DoD or federal digital service environments. * Familiarity with component-based UI development or design systems. * Experience working with analytics or user behavior data to inform design.
