## About the Role

* Bachelor's degreeand4+ years of professional experience in global affairs, intelligence, or investigations;OR 6+ yearsof professional experience in global affairs, intelligence, or investigations in lieu of a degree
 * 4+ years of experience with data querying languages (e.g., SQL), scripting languages (e.g., Python),geospatial tools (e.g., ArcGIS),and/or statistical software (e.g., R)
 * 4+ years of experience investigating, mitigating, or dealing with illicit operators (e.g., fraud, abuse,cybersecurity,orotherillicit activities)

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

 * Strong analytical research and communication skills, including excellent written and oral communication skills
 * International professionalexposure(e.g., working abroad or on global initiatives/businesses)
 * Experience in cybersecurity operations, threat detection, or vulnerability assessment in high-stakes environments
 * Experience with research and intelligence analytic techniques, including open-source intelligence (OSINT) data techniques
 * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment in a fast-paced, high-tech environment
 * Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
 * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
 * Familiarity with U.S. and international economic sanctions and export control laws and regulations

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

 * Ability to travel as needed for business (15%)
 * This position is based in Hawthorne, CA and requires being onsite-remote work not considered
 * Must be able to work extended hours and weekends as needed

## Description

* Proactivelyidentifyand assess platform integrity and abuse risks
 * Developtechnical detection andmitigation strategies
 * React to investigate potential issues such asscams, fraud, and illicit goods/activities
 * Partner with cross-functional teamsanddeepen our relationships with them
 * Conduct periodic reviews to support legal and compliance obligations
 * Execute with consideration for customer privacy, targeting activities of indisputable harm and avoiding overreach
