## About the Role

We're looking for someone who is curious, solution-oriented, and excited to grow. You'll be successful in this role if you have:

 * Knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and desktop applications
 * Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues
 * Familiarity with diagnostic tools, standards, and protocols
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
 * The ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
 * Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
 * A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

## Description

You will play a key role in keeping our technology running smoothly by providing responsive IT support, maintaining desktop systems and applications, and managing user access. You'll help deploy and test new tools, keep accurate inventory and documentation, and work closely with IT teams to deliver reliable solutions. You'll also contribute to evaluating emerging technologies and analyzing system usage to support future growth and capacity planning.
