## About the Role

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is a must.

 + The candidate should possess organizational, analytical and communication skills.

 + The candidate should be able to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.

 + The candidate should have a keen eye for detail and be able to work independently while being an active team player.

 + Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills.

REQUIRED EDUCATION:

 + Matriculated in an undergraduate program in good standing with at least 2.5 GPA.

 + Major(s) Preferred: Computer Science, Computer Information Science degree program, or related field.

## Description

+ Managing lifecycle of mobile assets (Ordering, receiving, preparing, distributing, inventory, store, track, repair/replace, dispose).

 + Creating a report on technology assets.

 + Respond to mobile device reported tickets and handle them accordingly.

 + Updating departmental records accurately and timely for all IT assets and services.

 + Support with service requests and ticket resolution.

 + Support team with updating vendor portals records for asset management needs.

 + Update documentation to assist user clients and IT staff.

 + Support team with non-standard user requests and recommend effective solutions.

PROJECTS:

 + Updating asset records.

 + Create/Edit excel documents.
