The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with marketing automation, user administration, data management, reporting, and end-user support., * 3-5+ years of Salesforce CRM Administration experience. * 3-5+ years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience. * Hands-on experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Email Studio. * Experience managing users, profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules, and queues. * Strong experience with marketing automation, audience segmentation, and email campaigns. * Experience with data imports, data cleansing, deduplication, and data quality. * Proficiency in reports, dashboards, and campaign analytics. * Experience gathering business requirements, troubleshooting, and providing user support/training. * Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
