The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds. ## Description Lifelong Access is seeking a Transition Assistant to support the High School Transition and Supported Employment Programs in a variety of opportunities for students to learn new skills and plan for a smooth transition from high school to adulthood.
