If you're a servant leader who excels at driving alignment, removing obstacles, and helping teams deliver meaningful outcomes, we'd love to hear from you., * 5+ years of Agile Project Management experience supporting technology and digital initiatives. * Strong understanding of Agile delivery frameworks, project management practices, and scaled Agile delivery models. * Demonstrated experience managing risks, dependencies, stakeholder communication, and delivery coordination across multiple teams. * Ability to see both the big picture and the details, connecting strategic objectives to successful execution. * Strong facilitation, communication, collaboration, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills. * Experience building effective partnerships with both technical and business stakeholders. * Confidence leading through change and ambiguity while helping teams maintain focus, momentum, and alignment. * Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and overcoming obstacles. * Experience using Agile delivery and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence. * Ability to influence, inspire, and align teams without direct authority. * You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do. * Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico. PREFERRED: * PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or other Agile/project management certifications. * Experience working within Agile Release Trains (ARTs) or other scaled Agile environments. * Experience supporting customer-facing digital products, platforms, or experiences. * Experience leading or supporting large-scale modernization, cloud migration, or digital transformation initiatives. * Experience partnering with product, engineering, and business leadership teams in a fast-paced delivery environment. * Experience improving Agile maturity, delivery processes, and operational effectiveness within technology organizations. This role is classified as remote; however, periodic in-person attendance will be required at times for activities such as quarterly or project planning, training, or other business-critical meetings.
