## About the Role

Do you have experience in Technical writing?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, * Associate or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered

 * 3-5 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or desktop support environments
 * Experience supporting manufacturing or operational environments preferred
 * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
 * Excellent communication and organizational skills
 * Experience with Microsoft technologies, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and endpoint management tools
 * Ability to manage time effectively and work independently or collaboratively
 * Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications are a plus

## Description

A growing manufacturing and infrastructure-focused company is seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Technician to provide frontline and advanced technical support across office and operational environments. This role is responsible for resolving end-user issues, supporting endpoint systems and shop-floor technology, and ensuring excellent customer service while maintaining efficient IT operations., * Provide IT support to end users via phone, email, ticketing system, and in person

 * Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and connectivity issues
 * Handle Level 1 and Level 2 support requests and escalate infrastructure-related issues when necessary
 * Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and mobile devices
 * Support manufacturing and operational technology including shared devices and workstations
 * Administer user accounts, permissions, and access requests within Microsoft environments
 * Maintain IT asset inventory and document incidents, requests, and resolutions
 * Assist with hardware refreshes, software deployments, and other IT projects
 * Create and maintain support documentation and knowledge base articles
 * Provide excellent customer service while managing multiple priorities effectively
