Work Location Ability to work in Draper, Utah Monday through Friday, with travel as needed based on transformation and delivery initiatives. ## Description Agile Execution & Team Enablement * Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. * Coach team members on Agile best practices to improve collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. * Promote transparency, inspection, and adaptation within the team. * Foster a culture of agility and support broader Agile transformation initiatives. Delivery & Operational Discipline * Ensure disciplined backlog management and sprint execution. * Maintain consistent Agile tooling hygiene across Jira and Clarity, including backlog structure, sprint alignment, work tracking accuracy, and reporting integrity. * Track and communicate delivery metrics such as velocity, sprint progress, predictability, and delivery health. * Partner with PMO and Engineering leadership to support capacity planning, demand management, and realistic forecasting. Risk Management & Problem Solving * Proactively identify risks and delivery impacts early. * Remove impediments and escalate appropriately to protect sprint commitments. * Translate technical delivery challenges into clear business impact and mitigation actions for stakeholders. * Maintain strong situational awareness of team progress and blockers. Backlog & Story Quality Oversight * Work closely with Product Owners to ensure a well-prioritized and groomed backlog. * Ensure user stories meet quality and readiness standards (clear acceptance criteria, proper sizing, correct backlog placement). * Coordinate emerging work or cross-team requests to ensure alignment with sprint and quarterly objectives. Cross-Team & Stakeholder Alignment * Coordinate dependencies across teams, including Product, Engineering, Data, and external partners. * Support quarterly planning and roadmap alignment. * Ensure transparency in commitments and communicate delivery updates clearly to stakeholders. Domain & Technical Awareness * Develop a strong understanding of the team's systems, domain, and delivery objectives. * Demonstrate sufficient technical awareness to understand delivery constraints, feasibility risks, and impact when commitments are at risk. * Anticipate issues before they affect outcomes and drive timely mitigation.
