## About the Role

This is a strong opportunity for a detail-oriented finance professional who enjoys owning month-end reporting, strengthening controls, and supporting high-impact accounting operations. You'll play a key role in financial close activities, audit support, tax coordination, and process improvement while helping keep reporting accurate, timely, and efficient., * 5-7 years of finance or accounting experience.

 * Experience with financial reporting and analysis.
 * Background in reconciliations and journal entries.
 * Knowledge of budgeting, payroll, and compliance.
 * Experience supporting audits and statutory reporting.
 * Strong analytical and organizational skills.
 * Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal.
 * Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

 * CPA or CFA certification preferred.
 * Experience with Oracle Cloud.
 * Experience with Tagetik.
 * Strong Excel modeling skills.
 * Experience with IFRS reporting.
 * Public reporting experience.
 * Familiarity with Google Workspace.
 * Background in consolidations reporting.

## Description

* Prepare monthly financial reporting and analysis.
 * Post journal entries and complete account reconciliations.
 * Track and report balance sheet KPIs.
 * Support external audit and internal control reviews.
 * Assist with tax, payroll, and insurance administration.
 * Monitor receivables and coordinate cross-functional communication.
 * Review intercompany invoices and internal allocations.
 * Support corporate governance documentation and compliance.
 * Identify process improvements through data and automation., * This role supports monthly close, reporting, planning, and analysis.
 * Exposure to external audits, internal reviews, and compliance work.
 * Opportunity to contribute to process improvement and automation.
 * Cross-functional collaboration with accounting and operations teams.
