The role involves conducting business and data analysis, facilitating JAD sessions, performing complex SQL analysis, designing dashboards and KPIs, and supporting modernization initiatives for enterprise eligibility systems. Experience with the Texas Integrated Eligibility Redesign System (TIERS) is highly preferred., Support Integrated Eligibility systems through the complete SDLC from requirements gathering to implementation. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand business objectives and operational challenges. Analyze business processes, operational procedures, and user requirements. Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for proposed solutions. Lead Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions. Elicit, analyze, and document functional and business requirements. Analyze data to identify automation and process improvement opportunities. Develop and execute complex SQL queries and joins. Perform data quality assessments and validation.
