## About the Role

* 10+ years of experience in biometric and forensic S&T and RDT&E
 * 5+ years of experience with systems engineering or project management tools to ensure projects and programs meet the needs of the identified stakeholders
 * 5+ years of experience working with the DoW, USG, OGAs, academia, and industry on research and analysis of technological advances or future trends in biometric and forensic technology
 * Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
 * Ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance
 * Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

 * Experience organizing and leading workshops, technical exchanges, and stakeholder engagement sessions
 * Experience managing complex, multiorganization S&T or capabilitydevelopment efforts
 * Experience engaging with external partners, including government agencies, research organizations, and industry
 * Experience representing program objectives and technical initiatives in external forums, working groups, and governance bodies
 * Possession of strong coordination skills

## Description

Support the government in the development, implementation, and annual update of a fiveyear Science and Technology (S&T) strategic plan. Assist in the identification of biometric and forensic materiel solutions suitable for transition to programs of record. Help synchronize, prioritize, and manage S&T investments, ensuring alignment and de-confliction across enterprise S&T efforts and command research opportunities.
