Preferred Qualifications + Exceptional written communication and document drafting skills. + Strong facilitation and stakeholder management abilities. + Ability to translate complex regulatory, risk, and technical requirements into clear business requirements. + Executive-level presentation and communication skills. + Strong project and program management capabilities. + Ability to influence without direct authority. + Analytical and problem-solving skills. + Knowledge of enterprise data management and governance practices. + Understanding of policy, standards, control, issue management, and risk frameworks. + Experience with governance management platforms such as Archer. + Familiarity with data quality, metadata, data lineage, data controls, and data risk management concepts. + Experience supporting enterprise-wide regulatory or transformation programs. + Operates independently with limited supervision. + Comfortable working with senior leaders and challenging stakeholders when necessary. + Highly organized and detail-oriented. + Effective at driving consensus in ambiguous situations. + Balances strategic thinking with operational execution. + Strong sense of ownership and accountability. ## Description Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job.
