## About the Role

* Experience with desktop support in a Microsoft environment.
 * Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and networking.
 * Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred).
 * Knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and Active Directory.
 * Basic PowerShell or scripting knowledge is a plus.
 * Excellent customer service, communication, and multitasking skills.

## Description

* Provide desktop/laptop break-fix support, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
 * Resolve help desk tickets via phone, email, remote, and onsite support.
 * Manage tickets in ServiceNow or similar tools and escalate when needed.
 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues.
 * Support Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and Active Directory.
 * Work with internal teams and vendors to resolve technical issues.
 * Maintain documentation and prioritize support requests based on urgency.
