## Description

We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer with deep expertise in front-end development and UI architecture to own and drive a critical user-facing platform used by millions of users. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who combines technical excellence, product thinking, and team leadership to deliver high-quality, scalable user experiences.

You will play a key role in shaping the frontend strategy, architecture, and performance of a core product, while mentoring engineers and partnering closely with product, design, and backend teams., * Lead the design, development, and scaling of high-performance, user-facing applications supporting millions of users

 * Own the front-end architecture, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance optimization
 * Drive UI/UX best practices, working closely with design teams to deliver intuitive, responsive interfaces
 * Write clean, production-quality code while remaining hands-on in development
 * Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing technical guidance and code reviews
 * Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Backend) to deliver impactful features
 * Identify and drive technical initiatives to improve performance, reliability, and developer experience
 * Establish and enforce frontend standards, frameworks, and best practices
 * Manage priorities and deliverables in a fast-paced, high-impact environment
