You thrive leading the end-to-end design process, from discovery and research to high-fidelity designs and engineering handoff, while balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints. You enjoy collaborating with Product Managers, Engineers, and business stakeholders to transform complex workflows into simple, scalable, and engaging experiences.
