This hands-on role combines technical support, endpoint administration, hardware deployment, and workplace technology support to ensure employees have the tools they need to be successful. The ideal candidate enjoys solving technical problems, working directly with users, and supporting a variety of technologies in a fast-paced environment. This position plays an important role in delivering a reliable, secure, and positive technology experience for employees across the company. What You'll Do * Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, peripherals, and software applications. * Build, configure, deploy, and maintain end-user computer systems and workplace technology. * Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and connectivity issues across Windows and macOS environments. * Support endpoint management platforms and assist with device provisioning, software deployment, patching, and lifecycle management. * Assist with onboarding activities, including workstation setup, account coordination, and new hire technology orientation. * Maintain and improve standard operating procedures, technical documentation, and troubleshooting guides. * Support endpoint security initiatives, software updates, and system configuration standards. * Respond to employee requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems while delivering excellent customer service. * Participate in projects and initiatives related to endpoint deployments, lifecycle management, and workplace technology improvements. * Perform other duties as assigned.
