At this pivotal growth stage, the firm requires deliberate efforts to strengthen its cultural fabric to lead in an AI-first world, and support our growth strategy. Operating with a structured problem-solving approach, this role will lead high-priority, cross-functional initiatives that enhance and strengthen our organization's culture and enhance colleague connectivity in service of greater retention, growth, and performance. This role will partner across the region to diagnose organizational challenges, pilot new solutions, and help embed scalable ways of working into existing business processes.
