## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or related fields
 * 5-7 years of experience in structural testing
 * Familiar with assembly tools, such as torque wrenches, calipers, etc.
 * Familiarity with commonly used spaceflight and commercial specifications for materials, processes, fasteners, mechanical components, connectors, wiring, etc.
 * Experience with Microsoft Office suite.

 * Experience with CAD software (Creo, SolidWorks, AutoCAD) - nice to have
 * Familiarity with standard practices for assembly and environmental testing of hardware as well as the tooling and ground support equipment associated with these tests
 * Previous experience within aerospace, defense, or aviation industries (nice to have)
 * Effective verbal and written communication
 * Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
 * Creative approach to problem solving

## Description

* Develop written assembly and test procedures
 * Setup and perform tests of various components of space flight vehicles
 * Support integrated testing, such as load testing, vibration testing, thermal testing, actuator testing, and document and submit final test results
 * Developing designs and solutions to integration and testing issues that may arise
