Are you detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to play a key role in supporting our customers by preparing accurate, competitive quotes and guiding customer orders from inquiry through delivery.

 * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

 * Experience working collaboratively across multiple departments.
 * Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
 * Experience with ERP/MRP systems is preferred., * Order management or customer account management.
 * Manufacturing or Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) experience is a plus.
 * Understanding of inventory management or supply chain concepts., * Bachelor's degree preferred, or
 * Associate's degree with relevant experience, or
 * High school diploma/GED with 3-5 years of related professional experience.

## Description

* Prepare and manage customer quotations by reviewing RFQs/RFPs, gathering pricing, and coordinating with Engineering, Purchasing, and Operations.
 * Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, providing exceptional service and timely communication.
 * Manage customer orders throughout the entire lifecycle-from initial inquiry through production and delivery.
 * Communicate order status, pricing, lead times, product availability, and shipping updates.
 * Partner with Engineering, Planning, Production, and Sourcing to ensure accurate quotes and successful order execution.
 * Track quote activity, turnaround time, and conversion rates to support business growth.
 * Resolve customer issues, expedite orders, and identify solutions to meet customer needs.
 * Maintain accurate customer records and documentation within ERP systems.
 * Build strong, long-term customer relationships while supporting company growth.
