This is not an entry-level help desk position-we're seeking someone who can confidently troubleshoot complex technical issues while providing outstanding customer service., * 5+ years of professional IT support experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP), corporate IT department, or similar environment. * Strong experience supporting both Windows and macOS operating systems. * Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration. * Experience supporting Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and networking fundamentals. * Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to independently diagnose complex technical issues. * Outstanding communication skills with a strong customer service mindset. * Ability to prioritize multiple issues in a fast-paced environment. * Comfortable working independently while also collaborating with a technical team. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local client visits. * Residence in Nassau or Suffolk County, New York.
