Candidates will be considered for the position that best matches their skills, experience, and technical background. These roles play a critical part in supporting SMT production through PCB troubleshooting, inspection programming, equipment maintenance, and process improvement activities to achieve production goals and maintain high quality standards., Reapir Technician * Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair failed PCB assemblies and electronic products to restore functionality and meet quality standards. * Perform component-level troubleshooting using electrical schematics, circuit diagrams, and electronic test equipment. * Replace defective components using soldering, desoldering, and rework techniques in accordance with IPC and company quality standards. * Analyze product failures, perform root cause analysis, and document repair findings to support corrective and preventive actions. * Conduct functional testing and verification after repair to ensure products meet quality, performance, and reliability requirements before release. Programmer Technician (AOI/SPI) * Create, develop, and maintain AOI and SPI inspection programs to support new product introduction (NPI) and mass production. * Optimize inspection parameters to minimize false calls while maintaining high defect detection accuracy and process efficiency. * Validate, test, and release AOI and SPI inspection programs prior to production, ensuring compliance with quality standards. * Troubleshoot and resolve AOI/SPI programming issues, working closely with Process Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to support production. * Verify AOI/SPI machine calibration and program performance to ensure consistent inspection accuracy and equipment reliability.
