The CSE is a non-exempt role responsible for performing hands-on technical tasks to maintain and optimize IT systems. This role involves providing escalation support for technical issues, assisting in implementing pre-defined system improvements, and ensuring system reliability. Working under the direction of senior team members or project leads, the CSE supports clients and internal teams by executing tasks and addressing technical concerns promptly and effectively., Windows Server Administration * Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP). * Perform routine system updates, security patches, and backups to ensure data integrity and system reliability. * Monitor server performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize resources. Networking & Firewall Management * Configure and maintain switches, routers, and wireless access points. * Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity problems. * Implement and manage firewall rules and configurations to ensure network security. Security & Compliance * Maintain security policies and procedures, including antivirus, threat detection, and data protection. * Collaborate with the IT team to develop and enforce best practices for network security, data access, and user authentication. * Assist in regular audits of systems and processes to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations. Technical Support * Provide timely and efficient Tier 1-3 support for end-users, addressing hardware, software, and network-related issues. * Document support tickets and resolutions, escalating issues as necessary. * Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes, including user account creation and asset management.
