Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline. * At least five years of experience in an IT support, desktop support, or similar technical support position. * Strong knowledge of PC setup, network configuration, and technical troubleshooting in an enterprise environment. * Hands-on experience supporting Windows 10, Windows 11, Microsoft products, and Microsoft 365. * Background in endpoint configuration, device compliance management, and application deployment practices. * Proficiency with imaging and deployment technologies, as well as PowerShell scripting for automation and support tasks. * CompTIA A+ certification is required. * CompTIA Security+ certification is required or currently in progress; Microsoft MD-102 certification is preferred. This role is focused on maintaining end-user systems, resolving complex desktop and device issues, and supporting a reliable technology experience across the organization.
