## About the Role

* Hands-on GoHighLevel experience strongly preferred (GHL certification a plus)
 * Strong grasp of automation logic, triggers, tags, and pipeline design
 * Experience with calendar/booking configuration and appointment-based workflows
 * Detail-oriented, reliable, responsive; clear written communication
 * Bonus: experience supporting sales or appointment-setting teams

## Description

We're looking for an experienced CRM specialist to own and optimize our GoHighLevel environment end to end. You'll work directly with our team and marketing partners to make sure every lead is captured, routed, nurtured, and tracked correctly - from first form submission to booked appointment.

What you'll do

 * Build, maintain, and optimize workflows and automations (lead nurture, appointment confirmations, reminders, no-show and reschedule sequences)
 * Manage pipelines, lead stages, tags, and lead-routing logic across multiple campaigns
 * Set up and maintain calendars, booking flows, and shared/general calendars with accurate time-zone handling and external sync (Outlook/Google)
 * Support integrations with ad platforms and external vendors (webhooks, Zapier/native, Meta lead forms)
 * Keep reporting and attribution accurate - one reliable source of truth for lead and appointment data
 * Document SOPs, train team members, troubleshoot fast
